Meikei Diehard after racing
He won a graded race as the outsider of a full field of eighteen, something that had not happened since the JRA capped fields at eighteen in 1991. He was a horse who could produce it from nowhere. His registration was cancelled in the spring of 2022 and he is now a riding horse on the Hiruzen plateau.
