Forty-six starts in graded dirt company and more than 280 million yen earned: a grafter. He now lives out day and night with around 150 others at Horse Trust below Mount Kirishima in Kagoshima. He is the farm's idea made flesh, a last home where a horse gets to be a horse, and the place featured in the JRA's own film about retired racehorses.
