Epoca d'Oro's racing career
Won the 2018 Satsuki Sho (G1) and was second in that year's Japanese Derby, one of the leading three-year-olds of his crop.
Epoca d'Oro after racing
He gave Orfevre his first classic winner by taking the Satsuki Sho, and was second in the Derby: right at the centre of his generation. At stud he sired a regional graded winner, and in September 2025 he finished that work and joined a retirement farm in Hidaka. He is only ten; there is a lot of paddock life ahead.
