Can you visit Air Almas?

Visit directly, no advance contact needed (Mondays 10:00-14:00; Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 10:00-16:00; closed Tuesday to Friday, last entry 30 minutes before closing). Under the revision of 3 January 2026, admission is 1,500 yen for high school age and above, 500 yen for children and free for under-threes. Payment is cashless only. You may enter the stable area, and a guided tour is available on request.

Air Almas after racing

An American-bred dirt specialist who made his name with back-to-back open wins at Hanshin and Kyoto in 2019, then reached the top of the graded ranks in the Tokai Stakes of January 2020. He ran fifth as the tenth choice in the following year's February Stakes, moved to regional racing in 2023 and finished second in the Kasamatsu Grand Prix, and ended his career at Nagoya in November 2024 at the age of nine. He now greets visitors at a hands-on farm in Ami, Ibaraki, alongside the three-time graded winner Air Spinel.
