Grand Prix Boss's racing career

Two G1 wins: the 2010 Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes and the 2011 NHK Mile Cup. He also took the 2011 Swan Stakes and the 2014 Milers Cup, and was second in the Yasuda Kinen.

Grand Prix Boss after racing

Champion juvenile, then champion miler in the spring, and a regular at the business end of races like the Yasuda Kinen thereafter. His stud career ended in 2024 and he moved to a branch of a retirement farm in Hidaka. A horse who has seen everything takes a change of scene in his stride, and there is something reassuring about how unbothered he is.
