Never a graded winner, but second in the 2020 Hopeful Stakes and the 2021 Kikuka Sho on the classic trail.
Orthoclase after racing
He matched strides with the best of his crop and kept falling a stride short of a title, which is its own kind of memorable. Retired in 2022, he moved to Old Friends Japan at Hiruzen in Okayama and is taking life easy while still young. You can see him in the paddock or at events, close enough to remember the classics.
