Red Rail after racing
A son of Deep Impact who debuted at the end of 2018 and ran in both flat and jump races without ever winning. In the autumn of 2020 he came within a stride of victory with back-to-back runner-up finishes in the Bandaibashi Tokubetsu and the Bandaisan Tokubetsu, but a ruptured left front suspensory ligament ended his career after a race at Kokura in September 2021. Following a long recovery he moved in the summer of 2023 to a retirement farm in Kawachinagano, Osaka, where his days are now spent among the people who come to see him.
