Can you visit Rule Prosper?
Visits require advance contact, and the two sources differ on the deadline: the Racehorse Hometown Information Centre says seven days before the day you wish to visit, while meiba.jp's visiting conditions say three days before, so confirm by phone (090-8239-0675) or email. Viewing hours are 14:00-16:00 according to the Information Centre and 8:00-16:00 on meiba.jp, with a break from 11:00 to 14:00; the farm is closed over the Obon holiday and the New Year period (27 December to 5 January). A guided look inside the stable is possible on request, but group visits are not accepted. The horse reacts to children's voices, so approach quietly. Ask the farm on the day before using a selfie stick or posting your photos and videos on social media.

He won the Kyoto High Jump (JGII) in both 2014 and 2015 for two graded victories over obstacles. On the flat he reached open class by leading all the way in the 2010 Tokyo Royal Premium, and he was third in that year's Tomoe Sho (Listed) and third in the 2008 Shirayuri Stakes (open). He won at least one race every year from his debut in 2007 through 2015.
Rule Prosper after racing
A son of Daitaku Riva out of Glow Ribbon, he won his debut in December of his two-year-old season as the ninth favourite, worked his way up to open class on the flat, and after switching to jumps in the summer of his sixth year climbed to graded level on front-running tactics and reliable jumping. At nine he took his first graded race in the 2014 Kyoto High Jump, and at ten he led all the way to win the same race by four lengths for back-to-back titles, racing on until he was eleven. His registration was cancelled in June 2016 and he became a riding horse at Doshisha University before moving to a farm in Shigaraki; since 2025 he has been a subsidised horse under the Meritorious Horse Keeping Support Programme, and his keeper reported in April 2026 that he has settled in and gets on well with his paddock companion.
