Meisho Bowler's racing career
JRA. As a two-year-old he won four in a row, including the Kokura Nisai Stakes and the Daily Hai Nisai Stakes, and was second in the Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes. Switched to dirt, he took three graded races in a row: the Garnet Stakes, the Negishi Stakes and the 2005 February Stakes (G1).

He made his name in fast turf races, switched to dirt and promptly won three graded races in a row to become a G1 winner: a sprinter who could do both. The speed he got from Taiki Shuttle went on to his own foals. Retired from stud, he spends quiet days at a facility in Hidaka alongside Deep Sky and others.
